Ministry of Environment has granted BPCL permission to outline terms for its proposed 9 MMTPA Greenfield Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Andhra Pradesh. The Rs 1.03 lakh crore project, set for completion in 42 months, will be located in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District.
